Terms & Conditions

Through the Platform, PayBazaar offers the following services to its users and retailer/service partners:

• Mobile prepaid and postpaid recharge
• DTH recharge
• Electricity and other utility bill payments
• Gas booking services
• UPI and digital payment/wallet-based transactions
• Retailer/agent onboarding and management for the above services

The above list is indicative and may be modified, expanded, or reduced by PayBazaar from time to time, with or without prior notice, as permitted under applicable law.

The Platform and services offered by PayBazaar are intended solely for use by individuals who are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age and who are competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and confirm that you meet this eligibility criterion. PayBazaar reserves the right to refuse access, suspend, or terminate any account where it reasonably believes the user does not meet this eligibility requirement.

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing PayBazaar, you agree to use cookies in line with our Privacy Policy. Most interactive websites use cookies to retrieve user details on each visit. Cookies are used to enable the functionality of certain areas and to make it easier for visitors to use our website. Some of our affiliate and advertising partners may also use cookies.

Unless otherwise stated, PayBazaar and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this platform. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from PayBazaar for your own personal use, subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You agree that you shall not, and shall not permit any third party to, engage in any of the following while accessing or using the Platform:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, server, or network connected to the Platform, including through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform, including introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Misrepresent your identity, impersonate any person or entity, or provide false, inaccurate, or misleading KYC or transaction information.
• Use the Platform to carry out fraudulent transactions, money laundering, or any activity that facilitates fraud against PayBazaar, its partners, or any third party.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or resell any part of the Platform or its underlying software without prior written consent from PayBazaar.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, or scripts) to access or extract data from the Platform without authorisation.

Any violation of the above may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account/access, forfeiture of any pending commission or payout, and PayBazaar reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action and report such conduct to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Partners using PayBazaar services (IKU/MSP) will be required to undergo a due diligence activity program from time to time. To qualify for commission, the partner must arrange the requisite infrastructure for executing services at their Retail Centre and submit qualification documentation to PayBazaar's satisfaction.

Partners must follow defined Roles & Responsibilities and offer services on an 'as-is-where-is' basis — including but not limited to the Scope of Services defined in Annexure B. Any suspicious or fraudulent transactions must be immediately reported in writing.

Annexure B sets out the detailed scope of services that a Retail Partner/MSP is authorised to offer at their Retail Centre on behalf of PayBazaar, and includes, without limitation:

• The specific list of services (e.g. mobile recharge, DTH, bill payment, gas booking, UPI/wallet transactions) the partner is authorised to offer, as enabled on their retailer account.
• Minimum infrastructure, device, and connectivity requirements to be maintained at the Retail Centre.
• Applicable transaction limits, commission slabs, and settlement cycles for each service category.
• Operating standards, customer service expectations, and display/signage requirements at the Retail Centre.
• Any service-specific compliance requirements mandated by the respective Principal/service provider.

The detailed, current version of Annexure B is provided separately to onboarded Retail Partners/MSPs as part of their partner agreement/dashboard, and may be updated by PayBazaar from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and Annexure B, the terms of Annexure B shall prevail solely with respect to the specific scope of services covered therein.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Subject to any applicable statutory or regulatory requirements, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform.
