Terms & Conditions — MSP / Service Partners

Partners using PayBazaar services (IKU/MSP) will be required to undergo a due diligence activity program from time to time. To qualify for commission, the partner must arrange the requisite infrastructure for executing services at their Retail Centre and submit qualification documentation to PayBazaar's satisfaction.

Partners must follow defined Roles & Responsibilities and offer services on an 'as-is-where-is' basis — including but not limited to the Scope of Services defined in Annexure B. Any suspicious or fraudulent transactions must be immediately reported in writing.

Partners must keep PayBazaar, its officers & affiliates indemnified against any claim, demand, loss, penalties, expenses or charges of any nature.
Commission payment may be Real Time or Monthly, depending on the service — a time lag between transaction and payout may apply and will be communicated separately.
Tax levy (as paid by respective Principals) applicable on the portion of payout to CSP will be passed on, including Service Tax and TDS as applicable at the time of commission payouts.
Partners are responsible for compliance and payment of all applicable taxes, duties, levies, cess, surcharge or any other charges. In case of dispute, PayBazaar shall not be liable for damages in excess of transaction value.
