Refund Policy

All sales/services are final, and no refunds or exchanges are permitted. You are solely responsible for your purchase and all associated charges.

However, if you have completed a transaction on the site, the money has been deducted from your card or bank account, and the service has not been delivered within 15 days, you can email us at support@paybazaar.in or send a message via the 'Contact Us' page. In such a situation, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Refund Policy — Gift Card

Once purchased, gift cards cannot be cancelled or returned due to regulatory restrictions. Please confirm before buying.

Dispute Escalation Mechanism

If you are not satisfied with the response or resolution provided for your refund request, you may escalate the matter through the following levels:

• Level 1 — Customer Support: Write to us at support@paybazaar.in with your transaction date, order/reference number, and details of the issue. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 3 working days.
• Level 2 — Grievance Officer: If the issue remains unresolved after 7 working days, you may escalate it to our Grievance Officer, Kumar Vishal (CTO), at architecture@paybazaar.in or +91 9560110038, along with your original complaint reference.
• Level 3 — Further Redressal: If you remain dissatisfied after escalation to the Grievance Officer, you may pursue redressal through the appropriate consumer forum, regulatory authority, or a competent court, subject to the governing law and jurisdiction clause of our Terms & Conditions.
